Meridian Industries, Inc. is a privately owned diversified company headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Meridian, founded in 1943, is comprised of five wholly owned subsidiaries operating in seven states: Kent Elastomer Products, Inc., Aurora Specialty Textiles Group, Inc., Kleen Test Products Corporation, Majilite Corporation, and Meridian Specialty Yarn Group, Inc.
The philosophy to generate growth continues today - expand the present businesses into new markets, manufacture products within our core competencies, and acquire companies or product lines that fit from a product or cultural standpoint without compromising the inherent financial and business health of Meridian.
