Our Latex Tubing, Extrusion and Dip Molding Process

Latex Tubing

Our dipping process offers superior physical properties.  Starting with liquid natural latex, our method eliminates die lines and seams, allowing smooth I.D. and O.D. surfaces. We offer innumerable color options, starting with traditional natural amber and extending to every color of the rainbow. We can match virtually any color to meet your specifications.

Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) offers dimensional stability and tight tolerances in a selection of compounds to meet the physical requirements for your application.  Our variety of compounds offer many of the same physical characteristics of natural rubber.

Dip Molding

Capabilities extend to latex and synthetic latex parts.  We excel at finding solutions for difficult applications by specializing in small to medium-run batches.  This offers customers a wide choice of shapes, sizes and wall thicknesses.  We also offer low-cost prototype development. Experienced design consultants are ready to assist.

In addition, we offer assembly on all three product lines.
