Mike Jones, a Supervisor at our Kent facility, has been a part of the team for 12 years this month! Mike previously held roles as a custom dip and dip room operator. Mike wanted to learn both sides of our business to eventually become a supervisor – which he did! Mike enjoys the opportunity to work with his team to solve problems and coaching them to grow into their roles.
For Mike, the best day at work is when he can stay productive and finish his projects. Outside of work this month, you can find Mike enjoying the fall hiking spree with his family, including his wife, Rachel, daughter Luna, and a son on the way! A big fan of 80s slasher films, Mike will also be watching his fair share of horror movies this October!
