Natural Rubber Latex

Not only is Kent Elastomer Products proud to be one of the few companies in our industry that can claim that all our products are still made in the U.S.A., we’re the ONLY company to domestically manufacture our natural rubber latex tubing. This means shorter lead times, higher quality, and more responsive customer service.

Tell us about your natural rubber latex needs, or request samples and prototype quotes, and we’ll make sure you get the product designed to our customers’ exacting specifications. Our experts will work with you to create the natural rubber latex tubing or dip-molded product solution you need for your specific application. KEP is a top choice for the medical and surgical, food and beverage, sports and recreation industries and beyond.

At KEP we’re committed to Lean manufacturing, which means we are continuously improving and streamlining our processes to offer more value for our customers. Natural Rubber Latex Tubing

Unlike some other manufacturers, we have rigorous quality assurance systems in place to check uniformity and ensure high-quality for all of our natural rubber latex tubing products. Our tubing offer unique smoothness because of our dipping process that eliminates die lines and seams for uninterrupted I.D. and O.D. surfaces. Our natural rubber latex tubing also offers translucency and uniformity of color for unobstructed observation of liquid flow lines and is ideal for many applications. With surface textures that enables the tubing to grip connectors tenaciously, KEP natural rubber latex tubing gives our customers, in a wide range of industries, the qualities they need to get the job done. These qualities also include dynamic sterilization properties, ideal for medical and lab settings, and compatibility with steam, ETO or gamma radiation.

Dip-Molded Products with Natural Rubber Latex

KEP natural rubber dip-molded products offer outstanding resilience and high tensile strength at 3500 PSI (24.1 MPa) min. KEP dip-molded products are an ideal fit for applications that require high resistance to abrasion and excellent tear strength. These products also offer superior flexibility at low temperatures. With a natural amber color, we have the ability to match the rubber to virtually any color specification for a wide range of dip-molded products. Tell us about the product you’re envisioning and we’ll get to work to design the dip-molded prototype to fit all your needs.

Natural Rubber Latex Safety

KEP is the only latex tubing manufacturer in the U.S., and all the materials we use in our latex compounds meet the recommended safe levels as specified in the U.S. FDA Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Food and Drug Administration. We also follow all labeling regulations to minimize the risk to individuals sensitive to natural latex proteins.
