Jessica leads Human Resources across all of our facilities and believes the HR team plays a key role in supporting KEP by fostering a positive workplace culture, developing talent, and partnering with leadership to help employees and the business succeed. By focusing on employee engagement, compliance and thoughtful people strategies, HR helps ensure KEP remains a strong and supportive organization.
Jessica and her husband are busy raising their toddler. They enjoy spending quality time together and traveling, with beach vacations and Disney trips being their favorite ways to relax and reconnect as a family.
Jessica joined KEP in 2026.
