Clarissa Fashbaugh
Quality Assurance Manager
Clarissa is responsible for reviewing customer specifications to ensure KEP can meet all requirements as well as for creating, updating and issuing all quality related documents, and for calibrating measurement equipment. Her favorite part of the job is helping with KEP’s continuous improvement process and says it is a great feeling when you can make someone else’s job easier and more efficient.
“The best part of working at KEP is the size of the company. It is large enough to allow for personal growth and small enough to be a family. Although we have three facilities, I know most of the employees at all locations and am just as comfortable talking to an entry level employee or the president of the company.”
In her free time, Clarissa enjoys tent camping in Ohio State Parks, birding and spending time with her family.
Clarissa started at KEP in 1988.
