Abigail Whaley
QC Chemist
Abigail became QC Chemist in the Quality, Regulatory, and Technical Services Department in May 2022. Abigail graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering. In her role at KEP, Abigail uses her background in chemical engineering and manufacturing to ensure we manufacture high-quality, consistent products. Abigail also works with our research and development teams to improve upon and create new material formulations.
“Everything can always use some sort of improvement, and this role allows me to experiment with different formulations to see what works and what does not work ,” says Abigail.
In her free time, you might find Abigail practicing yoga, spending time with her loved ones, or exploring the nearest flea market. She is well-traveled, an animal lover, and an avid concert attender.
