Another Promotion Earned!

We are excited to share that Michael Stecyk was promoted to our new Director of Quality, Regulatory and Technical Services! Michael joined Kent Elastomer Products, Inc. in 2018 as the Manager of Technical Services. He later became the Director of Technical Services in 2019. Now in this new role, he will continue to lead the technical aspects of the company while assuming the responsibility for the quality and regulatory sides of our business.

Having one person overseeing quality, regulatory and technical services sets us up to easily meet new demands,” said Bob Oborn, President of Kent Elastomer Products. “Our customers all deal with compliance of all kinds including ISO and SQF standards — plus regulatory, technical and materials issues. They now have the advantage of a strong, smart, single point of entry with Michael Stecyk and his growing support team.”

Michael adds a long list of profitable skills to KEP: he is a leader in Lean Six Sigma process improvements, full product lifecycle management, international regulatory compliance, technical quality investigations, and customer-facing technical sales. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame in 2012, and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University in 2014. We are positive he will bring a strong skill set to this role!
