Bob focuses on making sure his entire team has the tools they need to exceed expectations every day. He believes in involving everyone concerned in improving processes and making positive changes.
As KEP’s “history” expert, Bob helps to assure the long tradition of excellence in manufacturing is passed down to new employees and customers.
“My best day at work is when employees make a breakthrough in a continuous improvement event that makes the customer happier.”
In his personal time, Bob is passionate about his community service in the Rotary Club and other organizations. He especially likes initiatives that make a difference in the lives of youth in northeast Ohio.
Bob joined KEP in 1981.
