Congrats, Renée Onesti
Renée Onesti began her career at KEP in April, 2007. She brought a safety first mindset to KEP and spearheaded a safety program that has now become part of the culture at all facilities. She raised the bar in the maintenance department by requiring “a fix it right the first time” approach and requiring all new equipment to have procedures and safety instructions completed before the equipment was put into production, another culture change. Renée has been promoted to Senior Director of Engineering & Maintenance.
Renée’s energy is contagious and she consistently works to raise the bar in all areas within her realm of responsibility as well as outside. She is a key member of the KEP Leadership team and is willing to get involved in any project or process designed to push the Company forward. She represents the Company’s core value of “Continuous Improvement” well. Renée is also involved in several organizations outside of KEP including the Portage County Safety Council and the Order of the Eastern Star. Renée just recently completed her MBA at Malone University.
