Dion manages KEP’s Mogadore facility and brings extensive manufacturing experience to the role. He has spent more than 20 years with a leading manufacturer of high-performance materials and solutions serving the construction and industrial markets, supporting multiple business units throughout his career. His background includes leading extrusion and maintenance teams of varying sizes, with a strong focus on operational excellence and teamwork.
Dion values the contribution of every individual and believes that when teams are aligned around a clear, shared objective, collaboration strengthens and performance improves. He is driven to make a positive impact and is passionate about supporting KEP’s continued growth and success.
Outside of work, Dion enjoys spending time with his family, whether relaxing together or taking on small projects around the house.
