Recently, we received an email from one of our larger customers. We host weekly team calls with them to review the state of our business, and share updates on supplies, manufacturing, and shipping. These calls are a delight for us – and nothing makes us happier than hearing our customer feels the same! They shared:
“My husband called me from the road and I told him I just got off a video call with my favorite supplier. He said, ‘How is everyone at Kent doing?’ Even my husband knows you’re my favorite… AND this proves that he actually listens to me too!”
