A team member at our Winesburg facility for 2 years and counting, Billie Bebout helps KEP deliver quality products as an Extrusion Assembler. Billie has always volunteered to pick up extra jobs and tasks as needed, so it was no surprise when she stepped up to report to work early during the pandemic (in order to accommodate the half-hour entry times in place). Billie also reported to work on a voluntary Saturday to take team member temperatures, just so no one else had to be trained or additional safety gear purchased.
Billie starts everyone’s day off on a positive note and her best day at work is when she’s above quota! When she’s not working hard for KEP, Billie is a proud wife, stepmother and grandmother who loves to have family time and play games!
