As our new Sales Support Specialist, Karly Rice provides assistance for customer orders, statuses and helps ensure they are fulfilled successfully and on schedule. Karly adds value to our company and our customers through her organization and follow-up.
Karly previously served as a Branch Administrator within the office technology industry where she was promoted twice because of her keen ability to serve the customer. With an additional five years working closely in our industry, she is an excellent addition to the KEP team! “My best day at work is when I make a positive impact on both my customers and team members,” Karly says.
When she’s not working hard in her new role, Karly loves to spend quality time with family and friends, travel, meet new people and go on adventures with her golden retriever, River. Karly is also passionate about helping all animals in any way she can!
