Kirsten Reinker is our newest supervisor in our Mogadore facility, with less than a year of supervising under her belt. Despite her lack of extensive experience, she is proving to be very thorough. She soaks up advice like a sponge and applies lessons learned immediately. Her calm demeanor helps in tough situations and she is very smart and can think on her feet. We look forward to watching her grow into this role even further.
Kirsten says her best day at work is when she’s solving problems or helping her team come up with solutions. To her colleagues and new team members, Kirsten encourages you to “Be curious! Learn everything there is to learn about your job and don’t be afraid to ask questions.” We couldn’t agree more! In her free time, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her dogs – training, hiking and playing fetch at parks!
