A team member at our Mogadore facility, Michelle Walker helps keep us on our timelines and running smoothly as Shipping Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. Prior to this position, Michelle held previous roles in Winesburg, including working in latex tubing processing and in custom dip operations – giving her a combined total of over 15 years with KEP.
Michelle says she’s most excited about growing as an employee and working towards expanding her responsibilities. Her advice to new employees is to “work hard and any chance you have to learn something new – take it. Any opportunity to take a class that is offered or an added responsibility – learn it.” When she’s not working hard at KEP, Michelle enjoys reading and spending time with her family!
