Karly Rice

As Sales Support Manager, Karly leads the Sales Support Team at Kent Elastomer Products, bringing years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, processes and customers. She is a valued leader and an integral part of the KEP team, supporting customer accounts, orders and inquiries while working closely with production and internal departments to ensure we exceed customer expectations at every stage. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, process improvement initiatives and commitment to exceptional support help enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Outside of work, Karly enjoys spending time with family, friends and her pets, as well as shopping and traveling. She loves all things “golden,” especially her two golden retrievers, Rocky and River. She is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of animals and those around her.

Karly joined KEP in 2019.
