KEP is committed to Lean Enterprise practices. We regularly hold Kaizen (rapid improvement team) events to help streamline our assembly processes, maximize efficiency and reduce costs for our customers. This also includes sourcing the assembly components in the most cost-effective manner possible.

At our state-of-the-art Extrusion Operations facility in Mogadore, OH, we are equipped with six extrusion lines, including white room assembly, to bring you added value and quality at a competitive price. KEP delivers finished product that Fortune 500 medical companies trust.

All products manufactured at our Kent plant are transferred to our 42,000 sq. ft. finishing and assembly operations in Winesburg, OH. There we assemble, package and label orders to our customers’ exacting requirements. Winesburg is IMS listed (Interstate Milk Shippers), an FDA Registered Facility and ISO 13485:2016 registered.
