We thank all of our hardworking teams in our Kent, Mogadore and Winesburg facilities for all that you do to keep KEP continually improving and growing steady.
Many of our unsung heroes are people who perform very important roles, quietly and consistently. They are humble and conscientious, and many are long-time team members who have been with KEP for decades.
Seeing our team members climb the ranks, including our President Bob Oborn and Vice President of Operations John Danes, who both started in general labor positions in the factory, is one of the things we are most dedicated to as a company. Our employees persevere; continually learning, adapting and becoming experts at new technologies and tasks. They are a vital part to the valuable relationships we’ve built with customers and suppliers over the years and the quality products we’ve manufactured.
The KEP team is strongly committed to our customers, continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, productive Kaizen events, and successful reduce, reuse, recycle efforts. We can’t thank our team members enough for their dedication! Thank you!!
