KEP Is Happy To Help!

The KEP sales process usually starts with a simple question from a potential customer – “Can you help us?” And our response is “Happy to help!” From this root question, our sales and service team members take our customers down many paths to ensure we provide the high-quality, exacting solutions they need!

First our team members ask very thorough questions to ensure our manufacturing capabilities are a good fit for the customer’s needs. Then they dig in with more in-depth questions to discover exactly what the customer needs – from what regulatory requirements need to be met to volumes, target price and more. After this, the customer shares drawings or dimensions in order to better clarify their request. Our team members also provide samples if the customer wants a closer look at materials.

For all of the technical information needed during the process, our team members consult with internal KEP experts to get the answers and follow up with the customer. Once the quote is signed off on by the customer, our team gets to work! From manufacturing a prototype to the client’s exact specifications to establishing production schedules, deliveries and more, the initial sales process is essential to ensuring KEP delivers the highest quality solutions for our customers.
